What Data We Collect
Analytics Data (Automatic)
We use two analytics services to understand how people use this site:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on site, referral source, device type, and approximate location (country/city level). GA4 uses first-party cookies. Data is processed by Google LLC under their privacy policy. We have IP anonymisation enabled.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics: A privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track individual users. It provides aggregate data only (page views, referrers, country). Data is processed by Cloudflare, Inc.
Email Subscription Data (When You Sign Up)
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect:
- Your email address
- Your name (if you provide it — it's optional)
- Subscription date and confirmation status
Email subscriptions are managed through Buttondown. Your email data is stored by Buttondown, LLC under their privacy policy. We use double opt-in: you'll receive a confirmation email and must click the link before we send you anything.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or by contacting us directly.
Affiliate Tracking Data
When you click an affiliate link on this site, the destination casino may set cookies to track that you were referred by us. These are third-party cookies set by the casino, not by us. Each casino has its own privacy policy governing this data.

Legal Basis for Processing

Data Retention
- Analytics data: Retained in GA4 for 14 months, then automatically deleted.
- Email data: Retained until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days.
- Affiliate click data: Retained for up to 12 months for commission reconciliation.
International Transfers
Some of our service providers (Google, Buttondown) are based in the United States. Data transfers to the US are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, contact us and we'll delete it immediately.
